Every week, we collect your food scraps before they turn your kitchen bin into a science experiment. You get a sealed container that actually looks good on your counter. We compost everything properly — no landfill, no methane, just good soil that goes back to local gardens.

You've probably thought about composting. Maybe you've even tried it. The rats, the smell, the guilt when it becomes a slimy mess you'd rather not deal with. We handle all of that. You just scrape your plate and forget about it.

How It Works

We drop off a bin

Sealed, odour-free, designed to sit on your counter without embarrassment.

You fill it with scraps

Fruit, veg, meat, dairy, coffee grounds, eggshells — all of it.

We collect every Sunday

Clean bin left in its place. You never think about it again.

Questions

What can I put in the bin?

All food waste: fruit, vegetables, meat, fish, dairy, bread, coffee grounds, eggshells, tea bags. If you ate it (or tried to), it goes in.

What about the smell?

The bin we provide is fully sealed. With weekly collection, nothing has time to get nasty. Your kitchen will smell better than it does now.

Where does the waste go?

To a local composting facility where it's properly processed into nutrient-rich soil. That soil goes to community gardens and urban farms around Cape Town.

Which areas do you serve?

We're launching across Cape Town's Southern Suburbs in February 2025. Subscribe now and we'll start service in your area when we launch.

Can I cancel?

Anytime. No contracts, no cancellation fees. We'll collect our bin and that's that.
